July 11th World Population Day and Tikkun

July 11th is World Population Day and the theme for 2014 is investing in out youth.  We hear all the time about our return on an investment.   We can look at spreadsheets, balance sheets, bank statements, but what we really realize is our biggest investment is in our children.  Long term and the longest legacy is in our youth.  The youth carry on whatever we invest into them. The thing that amazes me about the youth of today is their ability to share.  They are constantly and freely sharing information and that is a shift into collective growth and change.  I believe in our youth and I’m trying my best to keep up. LOL

In Honor of World Population Day …. I would like to share with you a piece from my Symbology line:

The Tikkun ring is a great reminder about the belief of Tikkun.  Tikkun is the belief that each of us has a shared responsibility to Heal, Transform and Repair this world.  We must each remain conscious of our presence and each find on our way of contributing to the betterment of this world.  It is much easier to say what others can do, but much more contemplative and soul searching to make sure we each take our own personal steps for healing, transforming and repairing this world!
